Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Fixes may be offered at the discretion of your nail artist depending on the nature of the issue and the condition of the nails. Complimentary fixes are not guaranteed and may not be provided for accidental damage or improper aftercare (e.g., peeling, picking, or impact damage).

A 3-week interval between nail appointments is ideal to maintain the health and appearance of your nails. By this time, natural nail growth and potential wear can affect the durability and look of your manicure or enhancements (like gel, acrylic, or dip powder). Coming in every 3 weeks helps prevent lifting, breakage, or other damage, and ensures your nails stay fresh, strong, and professionally maintained. Waiting longer than 3 weeks can increase the risk of nail issues and may require more extensive repairs during your next visit.
